Booking Conditions

Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your booking. For Phone Bookings a deposit equal to the first night's accommodation tariff must be made at the time of making the reservation or within 7 days of booking (except for Christmas bookings which require half deposit on booking and final payment due 1st December). For Online Bookings a deposit equal to the total tariff is payable at the time of making the reservation. No reservations are guaranteed without a deposit. We accept Visa and Mastercard or you can use direct deposit.

Direct Deposit
If you are using this payment method, please ensure that your reservation number or surname is entered as the description on your payment into our nominated bank account to ensure it is applied to the correct reservation.

Cheques
Sorry, cheques will NOT be accepted.

Balance Due on Arrival
Full payment of your account is due on arrival by credit card, EFTPOS or cash. Cheques will NOT be accepted.

Peak Period Bookings (EASTER/CHRISTMAS/JANUARY)
PLEASE NOTE for all Peak Period Bookings (EASTER/CHRISTMAS/JANUARY) all bookings must be paid in full one month prior to your arrival date.

 
Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a booking you must notify us via email of this cancellation and we will reconfirm this cancellation with you via return email. NO EMAIL, NO REFUND.

Should it be necessary for you to cancel, we will refund your holding deposit as follows:

Online Bookings
All cancellations will forfeit the FULL booking amount.

Phone Bookings
OFF SEASON deposits will be fully refunded, less a $20.00 cancellation fee, if you notify us of your cancellation before 9am on the day BEFORE your scheduled arrival. Otherwise we will retain your deposit. Full payment is due on your arrival.

EASTER deposits will be fully refunded, less a $50.00 cancellation fee, if you notify us of your cancellation 30 days BEFORE your scheduled arrival. Otherwise we will retain your deposit. 

CHRISTMAS/JANUARY deposits will be fully refunded, less a $50.00 cancellation fee, if you notify us of your cancellation BEFORE 1st November. If you cancel AFTER 1st November ALL monies previously paid will be forfeited.

Other Terms and Conditions

Tariffs are not transerrable or refunded if your stay is cut short.

If requested, we will endeavour to hold a particular site for you, however, we reserve the right to move your booking to another site for the same period.

Maximum of 4 adults per site.

1 caravan or tent per site unless previous arrangements are made.

Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am. LATE CHECKOUT WILL INCUR A FEE OF $10 PER HOUR AND AFTER 12PM YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA DAY.

During Christmas peak season on our main changeover days, check in is STRICTLY 2pm. No early checkins will be permitted.

New arrivals (on powered sites) will be accepted up to 7pm only.

Pets are permitted. Only one per site allowed and must be on a lead at all times.

Our 1 and 2 Bedroom Cabins are NOT PET FRIENDLY and are NON SMOKING. If you do smoke in our cabins there will be a $200 cleanup fee charged to your relevant credit card on leaving.

Quiet time for the comfort of all is 10pm to 7am.

Office hours are 8am to 6pm. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please advise reception so arrangements can be made.
